At Middlefork and Sunset Ridge our primary mission is to engage students in learning that stimulates the "whole child",touching their hearts and minds. We are keenly aware of the unique strengths and abilities, learning styles, and emotional needs of every individual child placed in our care, and we strive to create learning opportunities that optimize each child's potential.

We believe students learn best when the entire learning community works together and establishes a strong and meaningful partnership.We value the input of our community members and parents, and we welcome their support and involvement! As we progress through the 2011-2012 school year together, we encourage all of our stakeholders to become involved in school activities, attend monthly Board of Education meetings, and participate in District surveys.
