MISSION STATEMENT:  To cultivate a learning community that engages the hearts and minds of students, one child at a time. 
 
FACULTY:  We have 40 certified teachers who work with a team of paraprofessionals and support staff to meet the needs of our students and families. 
 
STUDENT BODY:  Sunset Ridge is an elementary school serving approximately 300 students in grades four through eight.
 
SCHOOL HOURS:  Grade 4 - 8:35 a.m. until 3:20 p.m.;  Grades 5-8 - 8:18 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.  
 
LOCATION: Our school is located in the Village of Northfield, approximately 20 miles northwest of Chicago.
